Our Concepts - BRAVO! Cucina Italiana
BRAVO! Cucina Italiana is a full-service, casual, upscale affordable restaurant serving classic Italian food in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. The subtitle "Cucina Italiana", meaning Italian Kitchen, is appropriate in that all cooking is done in full view of guests, creating the energy of live theater. BBRG owns and operates 47 BRAVO! restaurants in 21 states. BRAVO! offers a wide variety of pizza and pasta dishes, steaks, chops and fresh seafood, emphasizing fresh, made-to-order high-quality food that delivers an excellent value to guests. BRAVO! also offers creative seasonal specials, an extensive wine list, BRAVO! To-Go and event catering.
Our Concepts - BRIO Tuscan Grille
BRIO Tuscan Grille is a full-service, high-energy, upscale affordable restaurant serving authentic, northern Italian food in a Tuscan Villa atmosphere. BRIO means "lively" or "full of life" and draws its inspiration from the cherished Tuscan philosophy of "to eat well is to live well." BBRG owns and operates 55 Brio restaurants in 22 states. The cuisine at BRIO is simply prepared, using the finest and freshest ingredients, with an emphasis on steaks, chops, fresh seafood and made-to-order pastas. BRIO also offers creative seasonal specials, an extensive wine list, carryout and event catering.
BBRG (then called BDI) opened its first BRAVO! restaurant in Columbus, Ohio in 1992 by Rick and Chris Doody, in collaboration with Executive Chef Phil Yandolino. After growing to eight BRAVO! units in 1998, BDI was approached by a real estate developer to create an upscale Italian concept to be one of the centerpieces of Easton Town Center, a premier retail shopping center in Columbus, Ohio. And so the BRIO concept was born. BRIO was voted the Nation's Restaurant News "Hot New Concept" award in 2002, thus paving the way for further development.
